Directions for Use

We offer free of charge delivery for all orders over £25 placed via this website with a UK delivery address. For orders under £25 delivery is charged at £3.50 All orders are sent on a tracked service. You can also pay for priority shipping at £4.99.
Please note, priority shipping is not available during Seasonal Periods such as but not limited to Christmas and New Year. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note, typically orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday and before 11am on a Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 2pm Monday-Thursday, after 11am on a Friday or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery will take between 2 - 5 working days to UK addresses. If you select priority shipping your delivery will arrive within 2 working days (for orders placed after 2pm please add an additional day).

Returns Information
At Pasante Healthcare, the UK distributor of sebamed, we always aim for our products to reach you in perfect condition.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days from the original purchase date and get a full refund.
When returning the product please note it must not have been used and must be returned in the state you received the product and be returned in the original packaging. Please also email sales@pasantehealthcare.com to confirm that you are returning an item to us. We will only issue a refund upon receipt of the product, unused, in its original packaging.
