At Pasante Healthcare, we always aim for our products to reach you in perfect condition.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days from the original purchase date and get a full refund.
When returning the product please note it must not have been used and must be returned in the state you received the product and be returned in the original packaging. Please also email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that you are returning an item to us. We will only issue a refund upon receipt of the product, unused, in its original packaging.
If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase please visit the Contact Us page to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a 5 working days. Please check with the payment provider to confirm when this will be shown in your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Pasante Healthcare Ltd, 21 Commerce Way Lancing GB BN15 8TA.
Canceling an order before the item has been dispatched
If you wish to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us that you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not been dispatched we will be able to issue a refund for your order, typically within a 5 working days. Please check with the payment provider to confirm when this will be shown in your account. If the order has already been dispatched, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within eight working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by calling our Customer Services team on 01903 753844 or via email at email@example.com. You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense to us if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund including the original delivery charge paid.
