SECTION 20 - PROMOTIONS

lease note that only one Promotion Code offer can be used at any one time. One Promotion Code cannot be used with products on Sale or Clearance unless otherwise stated such as, but not limited to flash sales and black friday.

SECTION 21 - SOCIAL MEDIA, BLOGGERS & 3rd PARTY ENDORSEMENT
Sebamed, Pasante Healthcare Ltd & Sebapharma cannot be responsible for any errors in product, company or other information provided on social media, bloggers or 3rd party networks. This includes, but is not limited too, incorrect product claims, promotions etc. When communicating with 3rd parties on social media, blogging and 3rd party networks, Sebamed UK (Pasante Healthcare Ltd) provide the correct information to 3rd parties however cannot be responsible for any changes to this information without prior consent.

SECTION 22 - SOCIAL MEDIA & GENERAL COMPETITON T&Cs

1. Promotions are open to UK residents only aged 16+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Sebamed, their subsidiaries or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Promotion dates will be included in the specific competition posts on the Sebamed Facebook page. All entries must be received by the closing date.
3. To win the prize participants must follow the requirements outlined in the corresponding competition post.
4. The winning entry will be selected by an employee of Sebamed or their subsidiaries.
5. Winner/s will be contacted after the competition closes.
6. The Promoter is unable to alter existing entries in the event of an email address or mobile telephone becoming inaccessible during this promotion.
7. There is no limit to the amount of entries permitted for each participant unless otherwise stated.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received or delayed for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
9. The prize/s will be outlined in the corresponding competition post.
10. The prize cannot be split, substituted or transferred in any way.
1. No cash or alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with the same or greater value.

7. In order to be eligible for the monthly #gotmysebamed competition, entries must have ordered their sebamed goods from this website only (www.sebamed.co.uk). We will not refund any orders from any other website, including Amazon, as part of this competition.
8. The maximum reimbursement amount we will refund in the #gotmysebamed monthly competition is £100. If an order is over this threshold, we will refund a total of £100, and no more. If an order is below this threshold, we will refund the exact total of the order placed, including shipping.

SECTION 23 - DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free of charge delivery for all orders over £25 placed via this website with a UK delivery address. For orders under £25 delivery is charged at £3.30. You can also pay for express shipping at £3.99 which includes tracking. We do not ship to addresses outside of the UK.

Please note, typically orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 1pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery will take between 2 - 5 working days to UK addresses. If you select express shipping your delivery will arrive within 2 working days (for orders placed after 1pm please add an additional day).
